Babies love to have a play with mom or dad's cell phone, so why not make a multifunctional fidget toy, cell phone and teether for tactile development and soothing incoming teeth.  I originally sketched this up on my iPad and we moved forward with a clever design to mimic a smart phone while helping little ones to further develop their motor skills through teething and interaction.
